ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Educational background
    1. At least have graduated from postgraduate education from a minimum B accredited study program, or Recognized status.
    2. Minimum grade point average (GPA) of graduation is 3.00.
  2. Register as a prospective doctoral student by filling out the registration form. Registration can be done as a online via the UT page (http://www.ut.ac.id) on the UT menu Online submenu "Registration Online, in accordance with the schedule specified by PPs-UT.
  3. Uploading the completeness of the registration file in the form of:
      1. Diploma and Transcript S2 (results scan original document, @ one sheet);
      2. Letter of Equalization of Foreign Diplomas from the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Ministry of Education and Culture, specifically for graduates of overseas Masters (one set);
      3. Identity Card (KTP) (one sheet);
      4. Latest color photograph, size 4 × 6 (two sheets);
      5. List of curriculum vitae and work experience (Lampiran 1 PDF) (Lampiran 1 WORD);
      6. Photograph Form, Fingerprint, and Signature (Lampiran 2 PDF)(Lampiran 2 WORD);
      7. Short research design (2,500-3,000 words) for the Final Project Doctoral Program / TAPD (Dissertation) (Lampiran 3 PDF)(Lampiran 3 WORD);
      8. Permit to Join the UT Doctor Program from the direct supervisor, specifically for participants whose status is State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or Government Apparatus (Lampiran 4 PDF) (Lampiran 4 WORD);
      9. Proof of following TPA / TKDA and TOEFL / IELTS / TOEP in the last 2 (two) years with a score of at least 500 for TPA / TKDA and TOEFL / TOEP or 5.0 for IELTS;
      10. Eligibility to follow doctoral programs from S2 lecturers, superiors, and / or colleagues (two recommendations) (Lampiran 5 PDF) (Lampiran 5 WORD);
      11. Declaration of being able to operate a computer for the purpose of attending education and having internet access (signed on the seal) (Lampiran 6 PDF) (Lampiran 6 WORD);
      12. A statement of readiness to take part in a doctoral education program, in accordance with the provisions of UT, if it is declared to have passed the selection of prospective UT S3 studentsLampiran 7 PDF) (Lampiran 7 WORD); and
      13. Document Validity Statement, signed on the stamp of Rp. 6.000.00. (Lampiran 8 PDF) (Lampiran 8 WORD).Note:Uploaded files are made in pdf format (with a maximum size of 5MB), except for diplomas, transcripts, ID cards, and photos in .jpg format (with a maximum size of 1MB) 
  4. Pay a registration fee of Rp1,000,000.00 (One Million Rupiah) through a UT partner bank, namely: BRI, Bank Mandiri, BTN, or BNI.
  5. Following the administrative selection and entrance tests for the S3 program, according to a predetermined schedule

SELECTION
The selection activity consists of the following three stages.

  1. Administration selection (completeness, authenticity, and suitability of the registration file)
  2. Entrance test, with material:
    1. Academic Potential Test (TPA) / Basic Academic Ability Test (TKDA);
    2. TOEFL/TOEP; and
    3. Substance Test.
  3. Interview
